TH-81: This code represents a strict identification system introduced by the Mexican government (and heavily used in the silver-making hub of Taxco) to trace jewelry back to its specific creator.

The First Letter ("T"): Identifies the city where the silversmith registered (e.g., T for Taxco, M for Mexico City, G for Guadalajara).

The Second Letter ("H"): Usually the first letter of the silversmith's or manufacturer's last name.The Number ("81"): Indicates this person was the 81st registered smith in that city with a last name starting with "H".
