925 means the jewelry is made of sterling silver (an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals like copper for durability).

Mexico: The country where the jewelry was manufactured. Mexico (specifically the silver hub of Taxco) has been world-renowned for its fine silver craftsmanship.

TL-82: This is the specific silversmith's registration code. T indicates the city of origin, which is Taxco.  L is the first letter of the silversmith's last name. 82 indicates that this specific artisan was the 82th registered silversmith in Taxco with a last name starting with "L".

In Mexico, the "Letter + Number" silversmith identification system (like TL-82) was officially adopted circa 1980 to replace older "eagle marks".
